UPDATE: Registration fee invoices for products actively registered in the U.S. Virgin Islands will be sent out in February 2023. On October 18, 2022, the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning & Natural Resources (DPNR) updated its Pesticide Control Program Rules and Regulations to include a $400 biennial fee for products registered in the territory.
