Bob MacDonald – VP of Regulatory Services – 25 years
Bob has a unique career history. One in which many do not achieve! His rich regulatory experience was obtained with TWO firms. His 19-year career at Huntington Laboratories (acquired by Ecolab). And now celebrating his second career of 25 years with SRC. Bob is customer driven with an extensive background in numerous functions of product testing, registration, and marketing while also specializing in FDA topical antimicrobials.
We appreciate Bob’s wealth of knowledge, the positivity, and commitment he brings to our team. Though he has been given many nicknames by our team over the years, the one that describes him best is “Bubbly Bob”, as we can always count on him to smile and laugh his way through every challenge he faces. As a strong member of our Leadership Team, Bob has made a lasting impact on every aspect of our company.

Rene’ Leitheim – State Registration Manager – 20 years
We are extremely thankful for Rene’ sharing her time and talents with SRC for the past 20 years. She began her SRC career in the Operational side of our business, moved into SRC’s State Registration Department as a Registration Specialist, and was ultimately promoted to State Registration Manager.
We truly appreciate the positivity and drive with which Rene’ tackles every challenge in front of her. Her diverse product knowledge and creativity, training and management skill sets make her a fantastic member of our Leadership Team and leader to our State Registration Team! Congratulations to Rene’ on 20 years of service!
Lisa Rogge – Operations Team Manager – 10 years
Lisa brings over fourteen years of management experience to our firm. She began her career at SRC as an Administrative Assistant (now Operations Specialist) and was promoted to Operations Team Manager. Lisa is a focused, customer driven professional and has provided excellent attention to detail to our SOPs, study file management, and client submissions. She manages client onboarding with client contract negotiations and is the go between operational processes between the SRC teams.
Lisa is an exceptional trainer to new team members and uses her extensive experience and background to provide a unique perspective to our Leadership Team. Her strong commitment to SRC and her team members is very much appreciated. Thank you, Lisa, for your hard work over the past 10 years!
Michelle Rhoades – Operations Specialist – 10 years
Michelle’s professional background in clinical research and quality control is a great addition to the SRC team. Michelle started her career as a State Registration Specialist providing registration support for antimicrobials and expanding our services into the soil and plant amendment and fertilizer arena. Her meticulous attention to detail in report proofreading in addition to organizing and recording data has transitioned her to our Operations team where she is contributing a large amount of her time to creating our internal database systems.
We appreciate Michelle’s willingness to tackle any challenge thrown her way and the calming and positive energy she brings to our team. Please join us in thanking Michelle for 10 years of service to the SRC team!
