Denise Fernandez, Ph.D.

Denise earned her Ph.D. in Microbiology from Northwestern University. Her extensive research and publication on Legionella, and background in microbiology provides the firm foundation for development of efficacy data for EPA registration of antimicrobial products. Denise has successfully managed well over a thousand efficacy studies with multiple contract laboratories for a variety of formulations, uses, and organisms. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, she has guided many of SRC’s clients through testing and claim development for SARS-CoV-2.
