PRIA Fees to Increase October 1, 2026
Effective October 1, 2026, EPA PRIA registration service fees will increase by 5% across all PRIA categories.
This will be the second of two fee increases authorized under the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act of 2022 (PRIA 5). The increase was contingent upon EPA completing a third-party audit and beginning implementation of the audit’s recommendations. The audit was completed in September 2025, and EPA has since begun implementing changes focused on reducing the registration backlog and rolling out the MyPeST Submission Portal.
What This Means for You
SRC recommends working with your regulatory consultant to submit any eligible applications or requests prior to October 1, 2026, to take advantage of the current fee schedule.
