All air care, automotive, floor care, cleaning, and disinfectant products sold in California must disclose specific ingredient information on the product label and online. SRC’s experts will not only review your products against the 23 ingredient disclosure lists, but also monitor and notify you of any changes to the lists that may affect your product.
In addition to cleaning products, cosmetics are subject to ingredient disclosure and reporting requirements per the California Safe Cosmetics Act of 2005 (CSCA) and Cosmetic Fragrance and Flavor Ingredient Right to Know Act of 2020 (CFFIRKA). SRC has the knowledge and experience to assist with all of your formula analysis and ingredient disclosure and limitation needs. We can also help you determine your product’s relevancy to the applicable legislation, the appropriateness and criteria for confidential business information (CBI) exemptions, and establish a plan of action in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
