Job Description
Join one of the premier regulatory consulting teams in the U.S. You’ll navigate EPA FIFRA, California DPR, and international frameworks, build lasting client relationships, and help bring pesticide and antimicrobial products to market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, labs, and government regulators
- Prepare EPA OPP/FIFRA, California DPR, Health Canada, and other regulatory submissions
- Develop client-specific regulatory strategies and solutions
- Negotiate with government agencies on behalf of SRC and clients
- Review technical reports, labels, SDSs, and adverse event reports for compliance
- Track regulatory trends; communicate challenges and opportunities to management
- Support your clients’ business development, audits, training, and trade association activities
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent regulatory work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with:
- EPA FIFRA and California DPR regulations and policies for pesticides
- EPA and FDA Good Laboratory Practices
- Good Manufacturing Practices
- Canada and EU regulations
- Fertilizers and plant/soil amendment
